HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods (Black Friday, Covid19, Christmas, Back to School, etc.) please allow for up to 4 business days for dispatch!

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information!

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS STOLEN?

A1 Supercars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, A1 Supercars will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed!

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. You will be charged 7% from the amount of your order, because of transaction fees, we have to cover. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled!
