IMPORTANT: Due to COVID19 some orders may delay up to 7 business days, but it could also be delivered on time! Please be patient and understand the difficulty of the situation! The products may arrive in different packages to help expedite the shipping process!
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, COVID19, Back to School, etc.) please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may incur customs fees (depends on your country). For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size! We do not take responsibility for customs fees!

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
A1SUPERCARS.COM is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any CUSTOMS and TAXES applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
A1SUPERCARS.COM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, A1SUPERCARS.COM will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
LATE DELIVERY
Orders must pass through local postal services before they are sent out of delivery. This means that orders can get caught up in either customs or at the local sorting office near your location. Orders may be delayed by up to 10 business days,
LEAD TIME FOR BODYKITS
Please note that for bodykits and related products, manufacturers may have lead times of up to 10 months. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information regarding availability, these lead times are subject to change based on manufacturer schedules and production capacity. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays or changes to expected delivery times for bodykits. By agreeing to our Delivery Policy, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of extended lead times for these products.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will not issue you with a re-ship or a refund. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at A1SUPERCARS.COM starting with your order number. We will reship your package! Please ensure to let us know within 90 days of the date you placed your order, or we will not be able to resolve this for you.

Free delivery applies to minimum orders of £50. Exclusions are all bodykits.
