REFUND POLICY
IMPORTANT: Due to Coronavirus disease our products may delay up to 20 business days. Please understand the difficulty of the situation!
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you agree with our shipping policy and that shipment may take extra time to be delivered! If you have any questions referring to your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at A1SUPERCARS.COM
Standard Shipping: 9-22 business days (the packages may delay with extra 20 business days due to COVID-19). Excludes bodykits, up to 8 months due to manufacturer timings.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. In peak periods (COVID19, Black Friday, Christmas, Back to School, etc.) please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Usually, it takes 2 - 4 hours to receive your money. But if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at A1SUPERCARS.COM starting with your name and order number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
A1SUPERCARS.COM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, A1SUPERCARS.COM will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
SHIPPING
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, first, you should email us at A1SUPERCARS.COM starting with your name and order number. A A1SUPERCARS.COM representative will contact you within 24 hours. He will provide the address of the closest warehouse to your place.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ERRORS OR WRONG ORDERS
Down to the discretion of A1 Supercars will they allow refund for this matter. A restocking, post and admin charge will apply to all orders. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less the restocking, post and admin charge and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
